Job Description: Pertemps Loughborough are looking for Custom Agent Call Centre Agent for their client's leading distribution cargo hub based at East Midlands Airport.
All these roles are full-time admin roles only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm or 8am to 4.30pm.
The positions are temporary ongoing admin opportunities with an annual salary of £22,500 per annum. Duties include:
Handling of customs clearance through liaison with customers and network contacts to the declaration stage.
Utilisation of the in house electronic data system to facilitate clearance and to record all associated information.
Responding to customers enquiries electronically or by phone.The roles are particularly fast-paced, so candidates must be able to work to deadlines, have a keen eye for detail and a can do attitude.
